Well laid out rooms, ideal hotel. The rooms with a double bed. Amiable staff, easy check-in and great bar. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Easy to get to, good location just next door to the onsite coffee shop, seafront, cafes & bus stop, and green point.

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally NICE in the safe area. There was Subway nearby, offering quick meals.

I absolutely loved this brand-new hotel during my one-night stay. The staff was amiable and extremely friendly, providing great assistance with the private parking. My room was well laid out, featuring a double bed, and everything was perfect. The venue's location is unbeatable, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the restaurant was conveniently close to the hotel.

I stayed for 7 nights here and had a lovely time. The location was excellent, situated in a wonderful area close to the city center and Sea Point, with easy access to the seaside and a bus stop. Exploring the Green Point district was a highlight of my stay.
